Before sending a document for signing, there are times when you need other people to review, edit, and approve the documents.
This can now be specified when creating a workflow:
You can add multiple approvers.
You can change the order of approvers (the first must approve before the next one can).
Approval applies to all documents in the workflow.
Approvers must have the same email suffix as you.
Approvers for the document(s) will receive an email with a link to an image that looks like this:
Approvers can:
Edit the documents before approving (only for Word documents).
Reject the approval with a comment.
Approve all documents in the workflow in one operation. The workflow then proceeds to the next approver or signing, as specified.
Note: Currently, only dflow users can approve documents.
