Using the checkboxes on the front page, you can select multiple documents. A toolbar will appear where you can choose “Send flow.”
In the signing screen that appears, you have two options:
Sign collectively
The documents are sent together in a package and will be signed by the same recipients. In this case, the signer will need to navigate through the documents before signing using the chosen method. Although recipients perceive that they are signing only once, the signature is applied to each document individually. This method is time-saving for both the sender and the recipients.
Sign individually:
Sometimes it’s practical to send multiple documents simultaneously, but not all documents need to be signed by the same recipients. In this case, each recipient must sign each document separately in multiple steps. This method is most time-saving for you as the sender.
FAQ:
Is it possible to merge the documents into a single file/document before the recipient signs?
Unfortunately, it’s not currently possible. You’ll need to merge Word or PDF documents on your own machine before uploading them to dflow.
Can I choose the order in which the documents are sent out?
Currently, this feature is not available, but we are actively working on a solution for it.
